Classes will commence the week beginning Sept. 21st and will continue for an initial term of ten weeks, after which a second ten week term will be offered. There will be separate classes for beginners and improvers, depending on numbers.
To try to accommodate parents, it is proposed that classes will be one and a half hours duration, from 7.15 to 8.45 pm. The introductory classes will be at this time but there may be room for some flexibility. It is hoped to have the beginner’s class on either Monday or Wednesday and the improvers on Tuesday. Should some people prefer a class during school hours, it may be possible to arrange this, again depending on numbers.
The emphasis will be on learning to speak in a way that is natural and comfortable. There will be no outright emphasis on grammar as such, the grammar will become evident as we progress and will be referred to only as we progress, making it a more relaxed and enjoyable process than when we were at school !!
The cost will be €60.00 per ten week term.
